Coronavirus Policy

At Cloud Nine we always take your Health and Safety very seriously.

As a salon we want to be proactive in protecting you, our staff members and the wider community from Coronavirus/COVID-19.

Following a thorough risk assessment we ask that you follow the guidance below:

  • If you are feeling unwell with any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, difficulty breathing we kindly request that you cancel your appointment and not re-book until you have been feeling well for at least 14 days.
  • We would kindly ask you to come to your appointment alone and to NOT bring any children and/or friends or family members with you.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment and wait at the front door until your Beauty Therapist collects you.
  • Please arrive at the salon wearing a face covering.  The covering may then be removed, if needed, for a treatment on the face within the treatment room.  Once the treatment is complete please put your face covering back on to leave the salon.
  • You will be asked to wash your hands upon arriving in the salon, sanitizer will also be available in reception.
  • Your Beauty Therapist will be wearing a mask and face visor.
  • We will be accepting card and cash payments.
  • Unfortunately we will only be able to serve water in disposable cups.
  • You may be asked to remain in your beauty room at the end of the treatment we will take payment there and escort you out. You may be asked to leave via the back doors.
  • We will be unable to accept walk-in appointments and the online booking system is temporarily suspended.
  • If guidelines are not observed no service will be provided.

We pride ourselves on hygiene within the salon and can assure our clients we are taking every precaution possible to regularly clean and disinfect high contact areas. The toilet will be available and cleaned throughout the day.

Treatment rooms and work areas will be cleaned in between clients, all equipment will be cleaned and disinfected before and after use.

Our normal opening hours may be subject to change on a weekly basis to enable us to limit the number of people in the salon at one time.

We are also following the latest government advice and are unable to offer any treatments on the face at present.
