Coronavirus Policy

At Cloud Nine we always take your Health and Safety very seriously.

As a salon we want to be proactive in protecting you, our staff members and the wider community from Coronavirus/COVID-19.

Along with many businesses across the country, we ask that you follow the guidance below:

1) If you have travelled to an at risk area or have been in contact with someone who has, we would request that you cancel your appointment and leave a minimum of two weeks from the date of your/their return before your next appointment.

2) If you are feeling unwell with any of the following symptoms: fever, cough and/or difficulty breathing we kindly request that you cancel your appointment and not re-book until you have been feeling well for at least 14 days.

3) We would kindly ask you to come to your appointment alone and to NOT bring any children or friends and family members with you.

We pride ourselves on hygiene within the salon and can assure our clients we are taking every precaution possible to regularly disinfect high contact areas and all equipment that we use in our treatments.

Please wash your hands before your treatments and use the sanitisers provided throughout the salon.

Should a member of the salon team need to self isolate then we will be in contact with you as soon as is feasibly possible to re-arrange your appointment.
